We’re Hiring | Technical Support Engineer
Waveronne is looking for a Technical Support Engineer with hands-on telecom experience to join our team.
What we’re looking for:
- B.Sc. in Telecommunications, Communications, or Electronics Engineering
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in telecom/technical support
- Good understanding of RF fundamentals and mobile networks (4G/5G)
- Basic knowledge of IP networking and network troubleshooting
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- CCNA or similar networking certification is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support
- Troubleshoot technical and product-related issues
- Handle technical communication with customers and partners
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical training
- Support product trials, testing, and deployments
- Assist customers with product configuration and operation
- Work closely with Sales and R&D on technical requirements and customer cases
- Prepare technical documentation and support materials
