What they need
About the role
Provide on-site technical support for buses and trucks, covering mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. The role works closely with Engineering, Production, After-Sales, Principal Engineering Teams, and bodybuilders to resolve technical issues, improve product quality, and support product changes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical advice and maintenance recommendations for buses and chassis
- Support bus body building, chassis compatibility, and quality improvements
- Conduct technical and body-building training for customers and bodybuilders
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate timely technical solutions
- Build strong customer relationships while identifying service and sales opportunities
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and After-Sales teams to address recurring technical and product issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and customer requirements
- Provide customer training on proper bus operation and offer on-site technical support
- Travel extensively across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia, depending on customer requirements
