Technical Support Engineer

We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our eHRMS 2.0 team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for users of our HR technology platform troubleshooting issues, guiding users through the system, and ensuring a smooth, reliable experience for everyone who relies on eHRMS day to day.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to eHRMS users resolving software/hardware queries and technical issues promptly
• Document and track support tickets, maintaining detailed records through to resolution
• Diagnose and troubleshoot platform issues using structured problem-solving methods; escalate complex cases to higher-level support when needed
• Build and maintain a self-service knowledge base — FAQs, guides, and troubleshooting documents
• Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops to help users get the most out of the platform
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to users of all technical skill levels
• Work closely with development teams to relay user feedback and flag areas for system improvement

What We're Looking For

• 2 – 4 years of experience in technical support or customer service — ideally supporting software applications or HR systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills across software and hardware, with familiarity with help desk/ticketing tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
