Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for desktop issues related to hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using various tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate critical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
Job Requirements :
1-5 years of experience in international technical support or similar role.
Strong knowledge of US voice process, international voice processes, and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse customers.
