Technical Support Engineer

Job descriptions:

• Solve the technical problems of vehicles in the Southeast Asia market and travel to dealers to provide on-site service when necessary.
• Sort out maintenance cases, and provide technical training and explanations to dealers regularly, potentially including sending technicians to customer locations for repairs.
• Review of the warranty claim documents submitted by  dealers (business review)
• Dealer tool management (standard development, equipment, regular inspection)
• Analyze Vehicle Performance Data and Report Market Issues, Monitor the quality of market products, regularly summarize and form reports, early warning batch problems.
• Follow up the rectification of market quality problems.
• Compile and manage after-sales documentation; and propose improvement plans for dealers.
• Manage vehicle repair progress across the entire Southeast Asian market; review repair cases;
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Technical Engineering, Automotive engineers or any related.
• Proficient in written and oral communication skills in English (Chinese communication skills are preferred).
• Work experience of automotive industry technical support work experience is preferred.
• Understand the knowledge of automotive three electricity.
• Can adapt to unexpected business trips
• Positive and proactive learner.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
