What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for hardware and software issues related to networking equipment.
- Troubleshoot complex network problems using tools such as LAN/WAN management software, firewall configuration, and routing protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Document all interactions with customers in a timely manner using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture, routing, switching, firewall configuration, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for effective issue resolution over the phone or through written correspondence.
