Technical Support Engineer

Viskou Technology Sdn Bhd is a technology solutions specializing in video surveillance and commercial electronic solutions. Partnering with leading global brands such as Hikvision, Ruijie, Huawei, EZVIZ to deliver reliable, innovative, and cost-effective solutions to our business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver pre-sales and after-sales technical support, including handling inquiries, resolving technical issues, and managing warranty-related matters.
2. Support the sales team by addressing client inquiries and identifying business opportunities.
3. Conduct product testing to ensure in-depth knowledge and quality assurance.
4. Provide technical training and demonstrations for internal staff and customers.
5. Maintain accurate customer records and manage communications through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Networking or related fields, with an average GPA of 3.0 or above (on-the-job degree advancement is accepted).
2. Possess team spirit and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply.
