Technical Support Engineer

1. To perform troubleshooting, analyse and resolve issues escalated by customers.
2. To perform root cause analysis of technical issues
3. To perform technical configuration and set up so that the system is running well
4. To perform testing on the products and integration system
5. To handle requirements capturing and produce technical drawings
6. To work with the vendor/R&D to improve the system quality
7. Generate reports and write documentation. eg, maintenance guide, test procedures, operation manual and test reports.
8. Commit to a resolution date, create action plan and implement workaround for fault rectification.

Requirements

1. At least a Diploma in Electronics/Computer/Mechantronics/Automation Engineering
2. At least 2 years of working experience
3. Preferably knowledgeable in AI (Claude/ChatGPT) tools, security system, IOT and building automation system. This includes the access control, CCTV, Cloud Visitor Management.
4. Knowledge and hands-on experience in these skills (Added Value)
   * Linux and Windows administration with strong troubleshooting skillset
   * TCP/IP Networking, Network/Security Devices
   * MSSQL, Oracle, and other database servers.
