Technical Support Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for operational and maintenance support, including troubleshooting customer complaints, system health check, system backup and etc.
2. Help Chinese R&D team member in understand user’s customer complaints detail, follow up with R&D team to fix the issue.
3. Assist performing the system test, System Integration Test, Function Test, Regression Test, User Acceptance Test as required.
4. Assist project manager to archive the milestone.

Requirements:

• Candidate possess Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent.
• Skill in Database (Oracle/Mysql), Linux commands & Shell script.
• Used SQL to analyze and troubleshoot data issues.
• Required language: English, and we are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Chinese Team.
• Resourceful, good analytical and problem resolving skills with positive customer service attitude.
• Self-motivated, team work and able to work independently.
