Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are urgently seeking an experienced, results-oriented individual to lead and expand our Financial / CFD brokerage business in Thailand, in the position of Technical Support Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily platform operations.

• Configure and maintain system settings, back-office systems, and user accounts.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues.

• Assist with system setup, testing, and new client onboarding.

• Create and maintain documentation and continuously improve operational procedures.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in IT-related roles.
• Intermediate knowledge of APIs, SQL, and web technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in using AI tools to improve productivity, troubleshooting, and daily work efficiency.
• Knowledge of trading systems is preferred.
• Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Banking, Securities, Online Trading Platforms, or related industries will be an advantage.
• Experience in FinTech or payment systems is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of financial markets or online trading platforms such as MT4/MT5 will be an advantage.
