Job Description

We are looking for Technical Support Engineers with strong technical troubleshooting skills and excellent English communication to handle international customer calls and provide effective technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international customer calls and resolve technical issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet and networking-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity and network problems.
• Ensure high First Contact Resolution (FCR).
• Provide professional and effective customer service.
• Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant Premium Support Contracts.
• Stay updated with products, technologies and technical updates.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required.

Mandatory Skills

• Excellent English verbal communication.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of Networking.
• Routing & Switching.
• TCP/IP, DNS & DHCP.
• LAN / WAN / VPN.
• Internet & Connectivity Troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable handling international customer calls.

Salary - Max 4.7 LPA
