Technical Support Engineer

​Job Description:

• To do on-site diagnosis, isolation and assessment of computer related technical problems; troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of PCs, laptops and printers. [Primarily focused on end-user technical support]

Requirements:

• A degree holder; associate; diploma in any computer-related course
• ​At least one (1) year working experience in hands-on technical support, preferably in an IT or related industry
• Above average communication skills and with strong customer service orientation

Others:

• Location of the project assignment can be anywhere in Metro Manila depending on the urgency of the requirement to fill-in; client-based deployment; possible shifting schedule (AM,mid,night,GY including weekends, holidays); contractual/project-based to coterminous with the project duration

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
