Job Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to customers and support the team in troubleshooting hardware and software-related issues. The role will involve remote and onsite support, material testing, and coordination with the technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers through remote and onsite assistance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of technical concerns.
• Perform material testing, checking, and packing as required.
• Assist onsite teams during installations, troubleshooting, and technical activities.
• Maintain proper records of support activities and technical issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer requirements.
• Provide regular updates on ongoing technical support cases.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
• Basic understanding of computer operating systems and networking.
• Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Good customer handling and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to provide remote and onsite technical support.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
