Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Technical Support Engineer to drive after-sales technical support and field operations. In this role, you will play a key part in troubleshooting complex market issues, managing store-side quality and standards, and elevating technical capability through structured training and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide expert technical assistance, resolve complex field and market-level issues, and assist with vehicle certification processes.
2. Support market-side after-sales operations, including conducting store audits, quality inspections, assessments, and operational support.
3. Plan and deliver technical training programs for dealership and store technical staff.
4. Translate, localize, and transfer technical materials, including training courseware, technical bulletins, service guides, and video tutorials.
5. Execute additional operational and technical tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automotive/Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the passenger car/automotive industry.
3. Strong domain knowledge of passenger vehicles; holds a valid driver’s license.
4. Willing and able to travel frequently for business trips and store visits.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
