ZOMMICK & PAUL COMPANY LIMITED (ZAP), established in 2001, is sale and service in process equipment, Automation machine, material supply for data storage, Semi-conductor industry. We provide on-site contract service on equipment and automation system solution. Our Headquartered in Thailand, ZAP is expanding branch in South East Asia for 2 office namely in Malaysia, Vietnam.

We are seeking dynamic and initiative candidates to join our energetic team in the following positions URGENT ! ! !

Technical Support Engineer- (Revenue: ++400,000 Baht/Year)

Requirement – Technical Support Engineer in Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Research and Development of unique technology

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical/ Mechatronics).
• Minimum 2 years experiences as Sale or Service Engineer in Semi-conductor industry / Data Storage / High Technology Products Etc. Experience support manufacturing industry in Automation.
• Working experiences in Semi-conductor industry will be an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Computer skill (MS office)
• Have own car and driving license
• Able to travel for training in oversea USA Europe and in Asia.
• Good Personality, service mind and Enthusiastic.
• Fast learner, good at handling multi task, time management as well as prioritize own duties.
• Willing to learn new things and adapt to multi-culture.

Responsibilities:

• To perform on-site technical support automation project at Customer manufacturing in Ayutthaya or other province.
• Co-ordinate with supplier in Thailand and oversea, customer to support about Technical, process skills (Mechanical  /Electric/ Mechatronic).
• Maintain and update product knowledge to support our existing customers and expand market our sales activities.
• Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
• Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
