Technical Support Engineer

WE’RE HIRING: TECHNICAL ENGINEER – ALUMINUM, GLASS & uPVC SYSTEMS

Are you experienced in window and door systems, technical drawings, and installation? Put your skills to work on real projects!

We’re looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented professional to support the design, fabrication, and installation of aluminum and uPVC windows, doors, and façade systems.

If you’re proficient in AutoCAD, understand fabrication requirements, and can solve technical challenges both in the office and on-site, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Design & Technical Support

• Recommend suitable window and door profiles and systems, including sliding, casement, awning, and fixed configurations.
• Review architectural drawings and prepare detailed shop drawings.
• Develop practical technical solutions to ensure structural integrity, water-tightness, and functionality.

Planning & Fabrication

• Prepare cutting lists, bills of quantities (BOQs), material take-offs, and fabrication plans.
• Coordinate with suppliers and fabricators regarding profiles, hardware, glass, and accessories.
• Optimize material usage to minimize waste and improve cost efficiency.

Site & Installation Support

• Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before production.
• Prepare installation plans and supervise on-site execution.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving alignment, water leakage, and hardware installation.
• Coordinate with contractors and site supervisors to support timely project completion.

Quality & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
• Prepare project reports, technical documents, and records.
• Recommend improvements to product design, fabrication, and installation methods.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• PRC license is an advantage but not required.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in aluminum or uPVC windows, doors, or façade systems.
• Strong knowledge of profiles, hardware, glass, and installation methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D; 3D skills are an advantage.
• Experience preparing cutting lists, BOQs, and shop drawings.
• Hands-on experience in site measurement, supervision, and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willing to work in Malinta, Valenzuela City.
