Technical Support Engineer

Aptavis is seeking a reliable and responsive Technical Support professional to handle system installations for clients while supporting the company's internal IT operations. This position will work on a hybrid basis with visits to various clients in Jabodetabek.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of devices and IT systems at client locations and within the company
• Provide technical support (hardware, software, and networking) to internal employees and clients
• Handle troubleshooting quickly, both on-site and remotely
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and system operations
• Prepare work reports and technical documentation for installations and support activities
• Work shift schedules and undertake official travel as required by projects

About you

• Minimum education: SMK TKJ / RPL / Teknik Informatika or related field
• 1–2 years of experience as IT Support / Technical Support
• Proficient in Windows & Linux operating systems, basic LAN/WAN networking, and IT device installation and troubleshooting
• Good communication skills, responsive, and able to interact with internal users and clients
• Willing to work in the field, shift work, and official travel
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams
