What they need
* Training of Radiology Users such as Receptionist, Radtech, Resident Radiologist & Consultants.
* Training of Physicians and Nurses in key areas of hospitals like ER, ICU, NICU, OR Nurses stations, etc.
* Perform PACS/RIS presentations to prospective clients.
* Train customer provided PACS administrators.
* Setup, configure, and install new server hardware with MS Windows operations systems.
* Download, Install, configure, and test all Novarad PACS and RIS systems and related software.
* Remotely monitor system memory, processor capacity, disk capacity, internet bandwidth, and other performance metrics to ensure proper system operation.
* Recommend, order, and install system expansions as required.
* Provide 2nd and 3rd-level technical support to customer-provided PACS administrators.
* Provide 24x7x365 technical support to end users, technologists and radiologists.
