Technical Support Engineer

🚀 Technical Support Engineer | £45k–£50k | Fully Remote

I’m working with a high-growth B2B SaaS business heading rapidly towards Series A , and they’re looking for a technically strong Technical Support Engineer to join the team at an exciting stage of their growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting under the hood of software, solving problems and working directly with customers.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

• Own day-to-day customer support and technical requests
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Work closely with Engineering when deeper technical intervention is needed
• Help build and develop an excellent support function as the business scales
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users
• Have regular customer interaction, so being a genuine people person is important

💡 What they’re looking for:

• Strong technical/engineering background
• Experience supporting software/SaaS products
• Comfortable understanding how software systems work
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Someone who enjoys working with people as much as they enjoy solving technical problems
