Technical Support Engineer

Subex Inc is Hiring for Technical Support Engineer in NA or CALA Region.

Subex is looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer-L1 and L2 to join our growing team! If you're passionate about telecom technology and have strong technical chops, this could be your next big move.

Please note: Only candidates currently residing in North America (NA) or the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) region will be considered for this role.

What we're looking for:

✅ Strong knowledge of Unix and SQL — able to write shell scripts and SQL queries

✅ Strong knowledge of Service Management, ticketing tools, and knowledge management systems

✅ Working knowledge of Linux, Postgres/Oracle, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure/GCP)

✅ Excellent, customer-focused communication skills

✅ bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience

✅ 5+ years of relevant experience

✅ Hands-on experience with telecom software — fraud management, revenue assurance, network asset management, billing & partner settlement, or route optimization
