Technical Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to field teams and dealerships for critical vehicle issues.
• Analyse field failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor warranty failures and improve product quality by reducing repeat complaints.
• Coordinate with product and technical teams for issue resolution and countermeasure implementation.
• Support new-model launches, vehicle inspections (PDI), and service updates.
• Conduct technical training for dealership service teams and channel partners.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong automotive troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle components and failure analysis.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience in technical service, field support, or product support in the automotive industry.
• Must have 2W experience.
• Btech Mechanical only.
