Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Deploy and troubleshoot servers and storage, including on-site diagnosis, isolation, assessment, and preventive maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks and test new releases of operating systems, software, and server hardware, and recommend solutions and products to customers as necessary.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required.
• Maintain a high level of technical expertise in industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a degree in a Computer-related field.
• Experience in end-to-end deployment of enterprise-grade servers and storage systems, including configuration and integration to meet client-specific performance and scalability requirements.
• Proven experience in hardware troubleshooting and support, ideally gained in a technical support or field service environment.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and software commonly used in hardware support and system analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues methodically and efficiently.
• With at least one year of related technical experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently whilst also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Professional approach to customer service and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
• Open to contractual or project-based employment and willing to be assigned in Clark, Pampanga.
