🔹 Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Provide technical support to US customers via Voice, Chat & Email.
• Troubleshoot hardware-related issues.
• Provide technical support for desktops and laptops.
• Perform basic server troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
