Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Act as the central technical support point for Service Engineers, Service partners, and customers for troubleshooting complex EV issues.
- Training & Capability Building: Develop, update, and upload training content on LMS; conduct periodic technical training for field teams, partners, and customers.
- Documentation & SOPs: Prepare and standardize Service SOPs, work instructions, technical bulletins, and troubleshooting manuals.
- Failure Analysis & Ticketing: Track service tickets, monitor Field Failure Reports (FFRs), and coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA implementation.
- Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with Quality, SCM, and Spare Parts teams to ensure timely issue resolution and parts availability.
