Technical Support Executive / Desktop Support Engineer
Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues, including hardware malfunctions, software problems, and network connectivity issues.
Conduct onsite visits for complex technical issues that require hands-on assistance.
Offer remote support using tools such as TeamViewer or Remote Desktop Connection.
Escalate critical issues to senior engineers or other relevant teams when required.
Mandatory Requirement: Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
