Automated Logic Corporation

Technical Support Engineer – HVAC / Building Automation
About the Role
Bring your HVAC controls, building automation, or networking expertise to Automated Logic’s factory Technical Support team.
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer who enjoys investigating difficult technical problems, understanding how systems work, and helping other technical professionals succeed. This position is a strong fit for someone with experience in building automation service, programming, commissioning, or applications who wants to apply that knowledge in a manufacturer’s technical support environment.
HVAC controls and building automation experience is strongly preferred. We will also consider candidates with substantial hands-on IP networking experience who demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to learn building automation systems.
As part of our Tier 3 Technical Support team, you will support the Automated Logic dealer network after issues have been escalated beyond local troubleshooting. You will investigate problems involving WebCTRL, controllers, firmware, communications networks, and system configuration. The work requires practical troubleshooting, clear communication, and the ability to work through unfamiliar problems.
You will also work with Engineering and Product teams to investigate potential defects, evaluate new products, and improve the technical resources available to our dealers.
This role offers a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, without routine extended workdays or on-call duties. You can put your field experience to work helping other controls professionals while enjoying a consistent schedule. Our team’s leadership makes work-life balance a priority.
This position is primarily hybrid, based in Kennesaw, Georgia. A fully remote arrangement may be considered for a candidate with particularly strong relevant experience.

What to Highlight in Your Application
Focus your resume on systems and technologies you have configured, supported, or troubleshot directly. Describe your responsibilities and specific problems you have resolved.
