Role Overview

The Technology Services Engineer will provide first- and second-level support for end-user IT systems. The role covers equipment installation, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, call handling, issue diagnosis, and service restoration. The successful candidate must provide clear guidance and professional technical support in a fast-paced operational environment.

Qualifications and Experience

· Degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field.

· More than five years of experience in IT end-user support.

· Strong understanding of ITIL-based service delivery and support processes.

· Clear communication and effective stakeholder coordination skills.
