Experience :- 3-7 Years

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 onsite support for endpoint devices in line with defined SLAs, covering hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and deploy endpoint devices, including new user onboarding and device replacements .
• Perform routine maintenance and manage the endpoint lifecycle , including maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Handle collection, data sanitization, and decommissioning of devices during employee offboarding.
• Log, track, and update incident and service request tickets , ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for sourcing and managing endpoint devices.
• Provide support in basic server and network troubleshooting as required.
• Conduct IT induction sessions for new hires, covering systems, tools, and IT policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor?s degree in IT with 3-7 years of relevant experience , or a diploma with 4?5 years of experience .
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems , network troubleshooting , remote support tools , and Microsoft ecosystem (including Microsoft 365 and Teams).
• Relevant certifications such as Modern Desktop Administration , Microsoft 365 Fundamentals , and ITIL Foundation are advantageous.
• Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
