Technical Support Engineer (L2) Pre-sales

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Tech Support Engineer – Pre-Sales with strong hands-on expertise in Networking, Firewalls, VMware, and Backup Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure solutions at client site. This role requires both technical depth and customer-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support, including solution design, technical presentations, and client consultations.
• Knowledge of Network products- Firewall, Network device, NMS

Preferred Qualification

• Experience in enterprise IT environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
