TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER – PCB/CCL Materials <<based in PG>>

Job Requirements :-

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years in R&D, lamination process, or NPI at a large PCB manufacturer, OR
• 4+ years in technical support at a major PCB CCL manufacturer.
• Languages: Proficiency in English, Mandarin & Japanese preferred (minimum CET-4 certification).
• Other: Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude.
• Solid understanding of PCB and HDI process flows; ability to independently resolve common customer issues.
• Familiarity with CCL material properties and industry development trends.
• Knowledge of PCB defect analysis and related methodologies

Job Responsibilities :-

• Drive the promotion of new materials and support client certification processes.
• Lead new project development and proposals, ensuring successful conversion into sales.
• Provide technical support to PCB customers on material-related issues.
• Collaborate with quality teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Deliver technical support for ASEAN PCB customers.
