DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:
Kami mencari beberapa Technical Support Engineer yang akan menjadi garda depan dalam memberikan solusi pelumasan untuk industri PKS, Pabrik Gula, Semen, Mining, Kertas, Karton Box, Makanan, Minuman & Obat²an
TUGAS & TANGGUNG JAWAB:
- Memberikan konsultasi teknis pemilihan pelumas: Greases, Gear, Hydraulic, Turbine Oil, Food Grade
- Melakukan oil analysis, root cause analysis kerusakan bearing & gearbox di lapangan
- Menyusun program pelumasan, schedule greasing, dan training untuk customer
- Troubleshooting masalah kebocoran, kontaminasi, dan efisiensi mesin
- Bekerja sama dengan tim sales untuk mencapai target
KUALIFIKASI:
- Pendidikan: D3/S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Kimia, atau relevan
- Pengalaman: Min 2 tahun di bidang pelumas industri.
- Memahami sistem pelumasan di PKS, Pabrik Gula, Kertas, Karton Box, Pertambangan, Kimia, Makanan, Minuman & Obat²an
- Bisa membaca manual mesin, P&ID, dan melakukan oil sampling
- Memiliki SIM A/C dan bersedia travel ke site customer luar kota
- Komunikatif, problem solving, dan suka kerja lapangan
