- Maintain accurate technical and service records.
- Ensure technical recommendations and corrective actions are aligned with applicable electrical standards, safety requirements, and the Philippine Electrical Code.
- Support other technical, after-sales, and customer service requirements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Electrical Engineer or graduate of Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in technical support, troubleshooting, solar PV, electrical systems, after-sales service, field engineering, or related technical roles.

- Hands-on experience using multimeters, clamp meters, electrical testers, insulation testers, or similar diagnostic equipment.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical or solar-related technical issues, with the ability to explain the steps taken to diagnose and resolve problems.
- Experience with residential, commercial & industrial (C&I), low-voltage electrical systems, or rooftop solar is highly preferred.
- Exposure to solar system design, battery energy storage systems (BESS), inverters, monitoring platforms, or EV charging systems is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of electrical drawings, SLDs, system configurations, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Customer-facing experience and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and coordination skills.
