As a Technology Consultant , you will support organizations in evaluating technology requirements and identifying solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance. Responsibilities include assessing existing systems, analyzing business and technical needs, recommending suitable technologies, and supporting the planning and implementation of technology initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and technical specialists to translate business objectives into practical technical solutions. Additional duties may include preparing technical proposals, evaluating software and infrastructure options, documenting system requirements, coordinating implementation activities, and assessing solution effectiveness. You will also contribute to technology integration, process improvement, digital modernization, and the development of recommendations that align technology investments with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of technical systems, troubleshooting methodologies, and technology implementation principles.
• Familiarity with computer hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network fundamentals.
• Knowledge of system configuration, technical diagnostics, and performance optimization is an advantage.
• Understanding of requirements analysis, solution evaluation, and technology integration is beneficial for Technology Consultant roles.
