Job Scopes:
- Provide technical support and product application advice to customers and sales representatives
- Troubleshoot customer issues via phone, email and on-site visits
- Conduct product application testing, system setup and adjustments
- Provide customer training and prepare application manuals
- Assist with customer presentations and improve departmental work processes
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in technical support, engineering or customer service
- Knowledge of automation systems or technical applications
- Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel to customer sites
