Respond to customer request over telephone email and Website chats.Maintaining excellent levels of Quality, quantity and Customer satisfaction scores. Escalate situations in an appropriate manner and coordinate with supervisors towards resolution.
Required Candidate profile
A neutral accent in English.Willingness to work in any shifts .Working knowledge of LAN / WAN /Basic Troubleshooting and Technical Issues
