About the Role

We are hiring Customer Representatives for an International Voice Process. Candidates with strong international customer-handling experience and excellent English communication skills can apply.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience is mandatory
• Technical Support experience is mandatory
• International Voice / International Customer Support / International BPO voice experience accepted
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
• Strong customer-handling and active listening skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Comfortable working in Rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
