We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in VoIP, MSP environments, and international client support.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Technical/IT Support, VoIP, or MSP
- Strong hands-on experience with VoIP, SIP, PBX, 3CX, Asterisk, or similar
- Experience handling international/US clients independently
- Strong English communication and client-handling skills
- Hands-on experience with ticketing/PSA systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, Jira, ConnectWise, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in networking, VoIP, Microsoft 365, VPN, DNS/DHCP
- Experience with Active Directory/Azure AD and RMM tools is preferred
- Ability to independently troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues
- Candidates with basic VoIP knowledge or no international client-support experience will not be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
