About the role

This role involves installation, setup, and commissioning of instruments and equipment at customer sites, along with providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, setup, and commissioning of instruments and equipment at customer sites
• Provide troubleshooting, technical support, and repair services to customers
• Conduct timely preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
• Diagnose technical issues and identify appropriate solutions to minimize equipment downtime
• Ensure all service activities are completed efficiently and in accordance with company standards
• Maintain a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers when required
• Occasionally travel to upcountry and regional locations to provide on-site technical support
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer technical issues effectively

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or any Science-related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in field service, equipment maintenance, technical support, or a related field
• Experience in X-ray equipment support for Semiconductor or Electronics industry
• Experience with Ball Shear Tester, Die Shear Tester, or Wire Pull Tester will be a big advantage
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and upcountry/regional locations
• Strong customer service mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills
