Technical Support Engineer（Customer Facing/Entry-Level / Fresh Graduates）

Job Responsibilities:

1.User Guidance & Setup Support: Assist customers via email, live chat, and phone with unboxing, device pairing, and configuring their security cameras and mobile apps.
2.Network Troubleshooting: Guide non-technical users through basic home network diagnostics (e.g., checking router settings, signal strength, and bandwidth) to ensure stable video streaming.
3.Issue Resolution: Handle inquiries regarding product features, motion detection alerts, and cloud storage subscriptions with patience and empathy.
4.Feedback Loop: Document recurring user issues and feature requests to help our product and engineering teams improve the user experience.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Majors in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields are preferred, but coding skills are not required.
2.Strong interest in smart home technology, IoT devices, and consumer electronics.
3.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
4.Patience and ability to explain technical concepts (like IP addresses or Wi-Fi bands) to non-technical users in simple terms.
