Technical Support Engineer/Pre-Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1.Follow up & confirm customized pre‑sales demands of local agents, push R&D to deliver on schedule

2.Deliver product & solution training for channel partners

3.Train customers on hardware & software operation, compile supporting documents

Configure and debug hardware projects to guarantee smooth launch

4.Arrange KA customer site visits and provide full‑cycle project technical support

5.Resolve routine after‑sales problems, address customer complaints and drive internal problem handling

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor or above in Electronic Information, Computer, Automation or related engineering majors

2.Skilled in mainstream OS; quick to learn in‑house software and matching systems

Min. 2 years hardware & software technical support experience. AIDC/IoT industry background, troubleshooting experience on PDA, RFID, POS, barcode scanner & label printer preferred (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.)

Fluent English , proficient in business emails & formal documents; basic network/hardware/software knowledge a plus

4.Candidates with personal motorbike/car for daily commute preferred
