Senior Technical Call Center: 2 - 4 Years

Bangalore candidates only No relocation/outstation candidates
Technical Call Center / Technical Voice Support / Service Desk Voice Support experience
Excellent communication skills
Night Shift: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM
Hybrid: 3 days work from office
One face-to-face interview at Koramangala, Bangalore

Password Reset, Account Unlock, MFA, VPN, Connectivity Troubleshooting, Email/Office 365, Desktop/Application Support, ServiceNow/ITSM, Customer Support.
