Technical Support Executive (CCTV / Access Control) - Based in Singapore

Highlights

• Salary: $2,800 – $3,500
• Working hours: 9am – 6pm (Mon - Fri), Saturday half day
• Hands-on exposure to CCTV and access control

Job Scope

• Support customers by phone, email and onsite visits on CCTV, biometric and access control systems
• Diagnose hardware, software, network and integration faults and resolve them effectively
• Install, configure, test and commission systems, including product and application checks before deployment
• Understand customers’ technical needs and recommend suitable security products and solutions
• Train customers on products and software once installation is complete
• Support project presentations, system demonstrations and handovers
• Work with customers, vendors, contractors and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly
• Keep up with the latest security, networking and surveillance technologies

Job Requirements

• Background in networking, IP configuration and troubleshooting preferred
• Exposure to CCTV, biometric or access control systems (e.g. Hikvision, Dahua, ZKTeco) would be an advantage
