Technical Support Executive

Skill Sets:

• Handling Technical Support for all our solutions such as G Suite, Microsoft 365 / Azure, Web-Email Hosting ( cPanel & Plesk Control Panels ), Domain Name Registrations, ThinkEmailer.com, Cloud & VPS Hosting etc
• Project Implementation for Global Solutions such as Google Workspace, MS 365, Azure, OnleLogin, Freshworks etc.
• Supporting Office Systems & Operations.
• Hardware & Networking Knowledge will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Web Hosting, DNS Management will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and on Client sites sometimes.
• Ability to respond to customers in English via the Think Support Ticket system.
