Key Responsibilities

• Handle international customer calls and provide technical assistance.
• Understand customer issues and provide appropriate troubleshooting solutions.
• Resolve technical queries within the defined process guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational offs.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the Gurgaon/Gurugram location.
