About this role
We are looking for a target-focused Technical Support Executive to support customers and resolve ISP-related issues through troubleshooting and follow-ups.
- Handle customer complaints and perform follow-ups
- Support ISP troubleshooting and basic issue resolution
- Maintain customer communication and ensure timely updates
Requirements
- Communication: Fluency in Malayalam
- Shift Availability: Ready to work rotational shifts - 8am5pm, 9am–6pm, 12pm–9pm, 1pm–10pm, 3pm–12am
- Technical Skills: ISP troubleshooting
- Education: Any Degree / Diploma
- Freshers can also apply
