Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for issues related to software products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions for recurring issues.
- Document all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in international technical support or US support.
- Strong knowledge of SQL support and ability to troubleshoot complex database queries.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken) with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients.
