What they need
Job Profile:
To Manage intranet and technology tools used in NIC network.
Installing, configuring, and maintenance of IT peripherals (AIO/Desktop/Laptop/Network MFP/Wi-fi devices and storage drive) and software.
Setting up and maintaining user accounts and access permissions.
Identify and diagnose issues and problems
Co-ordination with concerned sister agencies as per requirements regarding network issues only.
Other jobs as per the SCOPE OF WORK defined.
Collaborating with other IT staff or departments to resolve complex issues.
24*7 Shift (Rotantional 1 off).
As per requirement:- As per the present working of MANAS, candidates should have better
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Email and documents handling etc.
