Job Summary

Advent Creation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Technical Support Executive to assist users with software-related issues, ensure smooth system operations, and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users and resolve software-related issues.
• Guide users in operating and using the software system.
• Monitor user issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams when required.
• Maintain basic records of issues, resolutions and user support.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day software operations.
