Job Responsibilities

• Handle client calls and understand technical issues.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer problems.
• Coordinate with the internal technical team for issue resolution.
• Maintain support records and update data in MS Excel.
• Follow up with clients and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and learning ability.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Experience:

• Customer relationship management: 1 year (Preferred)
