Technical Support Executive

*Role Summary:*

Responsible for handling customer calls and queries related to network issues during night shift and coordinating with the day shift technical team for pending complaints.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Night Shift Call Handling:*

• Attend inbound customer calls regarding network / internet issues.

• Collect required details - Duration of issue, router light status, customer area.

• Provide basic troubleshooting over the phone such as router power cycle, checking fiber wire connection, LOS light status.

2. *Complaint Logging:*

• Log every complaint with Date, Time, Customer Name, Mobile Number, Area, Problem Description and Status.

• Maintain records in Excel / CRM.

3. *Handover to Day Shift Technical Team:*

• Prepare pending complaints list at 6:00 AM daily.

• Share the list with Day Shift Technical Team Leader via WhatsApp / Email for next day action.

• Provide clear handover of area-wise issues.

4. *Team Support:*

• Assist team members in case of complex queries.

• Ensure proper night shift attendance and call discipline.

5. *Reporting:*

• Prepare daily night shift report - Total calls received, calls resolved on phone, pending complaints shifted to day team.

• Submit report to Manager at end of shift.

• Willingness to work in permanent night shift.

• Good communication skills and patience in handling customer calls.

• Basic knowledge of networking - Router, LOS light, fiber cable, OLT / ONU.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
